You Were Never Meant to Lose Yourself

The most nourishing life is the one built from self-trust, truth, and the courage to no longer leave yourself behind.

GET TO KNOW YOUR GUIDE

Hey there, I'm Amy.

For years, I was the one who held it all together.

I built a life around being capable, dependable, and strong. I showed up for everyone, at work, at home, in every role I carried, even when it meant quietly disappearing from myself in the process. From the outside, things looked fine. On the inside, something felt increasingly hollow.

Then 2014 happened.

Within four months, I lost my dad, nearly my mom, and my brother-in-law. I was already navigating life as a single mom after the end of a 20-year marriage, raising two kids on my own, and keeping it all together. By the end of 2015, I was running on empty in a way I could no longer ignore. When my dog got cancer and died that December, something in me finally broke open. He had been the only one simply there for me while I had spent my entire life being there for everyone else.

That realization changed everything.

In early 2016, I hired my first coach. For the first time, I started seeing how performative my life had become and how much of what I was doing, being, and presenting was for everyone else and almost none of it was for me. My oldest was leaving for college. Something had to change.

So I started changing it.

I enrolled in coaching training, quietly, without my employer knowing, because I wasn't allowed to moonlight. By 2017, I was working with my own clients and feeling something I hadn't felt in years: alive. In 2018 I made a contract with myself, a list of conditions that would have to be met before I'd leave my corporate career. By the end of that year, I had released every single one of them. They were all limiting beliefs.

On January 2, 2019, I walked away from 25 years in corporate.

That's when I really started becoming unapologetically me.

I know what it costs to stay in a life that no longer fits. I know what it takes to leave it. And I know that the path back to yourself, however long and nonlinear it may be, is the most important journey you'll ever take.

That journey is what I now walk alongside others.

My work blends embodied coaching with transformational tools like Human Design and astrology to help you release unworthiness, trust your inner truth, and create a life that reflects who you truly are, not who you were taught to be. This is not about fixing you. It's about helping you remember yourself.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, deeper support, or lasting transformation, there’s a path here to help you reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels true.

What I Believe

I believe you are not here to spend your life proving your worth.

I believe the patterns that keep you stuck are not signs that something is wrong with you; they are invitations to understand yourself more deeply.

I believe healing happens when we meet ourselves with honesty, compassion, and courage.

And I believe the most powerful transformation happens when you stop trying to become someone else and begin coming home to yourself.

My Approach

This work is intuitive, grounded, and deeply personal. It's not a formula or a framework you move through linearly; it's a living, breathing process that meets you exactly where you are.

Sessions are honest and unhurried. There's space here to say the thing you haven't been able to say anywhere else, to sit with what's true, and to begin untangling from what no longer is. I ask the questions that get underneath the surface, and I hold space for what comes up without flinching.

This is a space for honesty, compassion, and real transformation, where you get to release old stories, reconnect with your truth, and build a life rooted in self-trust.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. There is another way forward; one rooted in truth, trust, and deeper alignment.

Because who you work with matters just as much as the work itself — here's a little more of who I am.

Fun Facts About Me

If I’m taking a vacation, it’s probably going to involve a beach.
Give me salty air, sand in my toes, and ocean waves, and I’m happy.

I’m a total softie for movies and books about falling in love.
Give me longing, chemistry, emotional depth, and a beautiful love story, and I’m all in.

I tend to swear when I’m passionate, which is a lot.
Not because I’m mad, because I care that much.

I genuinely love my alone time.
Solitude is sacred to me. It’s how I reset, reconnect, and hear myself again.

I’m a single mom of two, and motherhood has been one of my greatest teachers.
It’s taught me resilience, surrender, fierce love, and how to keep showing up even in the messy middle.

I spent 25 years in the corporate world before choosing a completely different path.
So if you’ve ever felt successful on paper but disconnected on the inside, I get it.
